Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of KAHReady SG, an independent CEI KAH preparation service operated by MacLife Solutions Pte Ltd. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies.
1. Service scope
KAHReady SG provides independent practice questions, explanations, progress tools, mock assessments and downloadable study resources. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, an examination administrator, Kaplan or any training provider. KAHReady scores are study indicators, not official results.
2. Accounts and security
Access is for one named learner. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support@kahreadysg.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may require password reset, revoke sessions or suspend an account to protect users or the service.
3. Purchases and access periods
Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars. Included collections, downloads, access periods, any applicable tax and the final payable amount are shown before confirmation. Payment is processed by the named third-party provider. Access begins after payment verification. Product access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the purchased period. Any material change to an active product will not remove benefits already paid for without an equivalent remedy.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
You may use the material for your own CEI KAH preparation and print authorised workbooks for personal study. You must not copy, scrape, publish, sell, sublicense, share account access, distribute question screenshots, bypass technical controls, train another question bank from the material or use automated extraction tools.
5. Content currency and learner responsibility
We use official sources and record a review date, but laws and administrative requirements can change. Check linked official sources for current requirements. No course can guarantee an examination pass, licence outcome or regulatory decision.
6. Acceptable conduct
Do not interfere with security, probe other accounts, submit malicious code, overload the service, misuse personal data or use the platform unlawfully. We may restrict activity, suspend access and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or meet a legal duty.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available but maintenance, provider outages and security events may interrupt access. Report material access problems with your registered email and order reference. Where a verified failure materially prevents use, the remedy may include restored access, an extension or a refund under the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights under applicable Singapore consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided for independent study and we are not responsible for an official examination, employment, licensing or business decision made without checking the current governing source.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes will be identified by a new version date and, where appropriate, notified in the account or by email. You may stop using the service at any time. Clauses concerning intellectual property, payments, records and liability continue where their nature requires it.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Singapore law. The parties should first try to resolve a concern in good faith through support@kahreadysg.com. This does not remove any right to use an applicable consumer, regulatory or court process.
